We only
market through our website and internet is one and only main source
of marketing. All customers are required to read and understand our
policy about rates and cancellation before making any reservation
online or over the phone. We do not take the responsibility of all
the valid charges that might occur because of your avoidance and not
paying full attention to our policy.
TERMINATION
POLICY
We understand and believe
that, unexpected or emergency situations may arise and
change your travel plans, considering that in mind, we keep our
cancellation notice very simple and easy.
Minimum 12
hours notice otherwise full fare.
If
you need to cancel your reservation that is scheduled between
12:00AM and 8:00AM EST, please call before 11:00PM the night before
in order to avoid full charges. Our office hours are between 5:00am and 10:00pm, however we
do provide 24 hours service, and we dispatch/ assign all
reservations for next morning by 10:00pm.
AIRPORT PICKUP INFORMATION Our driver will receive you by the arrival airline
baggage claim in front of Caribou Coffee for McNamara Terminal, and
In front of Starbucks at Smith Terminal. The driver will be holding the PASSENGER name sign.

CONDITIONS
All Cancellation has minimum service fee of
$35.00
if more than 12 Hours.
If the
credit card/ Check declines/Returns there will be
$70.00
extra charge on your Credit Card.
If customer dispute to
credit card company for a valid charge that customer authorize and
sign the imprinted receipt. There will be $25
fee which credit card processing company charges, in addition to
this there will also be a $124.00 for
inconvenience, extra effort and time spent to solve the
dispute which was only caused because of customers denial of the
payment for service used and customer agreed the terms and condition
and signed at bottom of the receipt.
If cardholder's issuing bank
initiates pre-arbitration case according credit card rules and
regulations. All the fees will be charged to the customer credit
card in file. As such customer signed the imprinted receipt
where customer authorizes agrees with all the policies and permits
STBSN Services to charge the credit card.
All deposits are subject to
NON-refundable unless reservation is cancelled in a timely
manner.
NO PRESENCE CHARGES Please DON’T leave the baggage
area before you call us in order to avoid the NO SHOW up charges. No
show up charges at Detroit Metro Airport is full
fare plus gratuity. No exception. (Other Airports & city are subject to full
fare + other charges).
ADVANCE PAYMENTS
GRATUITY
20% gratuity will be automatically added
to the listed fair/rate.
SPECIAL OCCASION RESERVATION
Once a reservation is made for
any major occasion like North American International Auto Show,
major sports events etc. can not be cancelled because we do not
overbook and in that case once our fleet of vehicles are reserved we
stop taking any new reservation because of high demand and limited
supply. If a cancellation is made after you reserve a service
its subject to 50% charge to your credit card.
MECHANICAL AND BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS

Company is not liable in the event of
mechanical breakdown.

Not responsible for any delays or the termination in
winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. Snow, not salted
roads,
accidents, etc.)

Not responsible for any loss because of
service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown, or
doesn't provide any loss claim insurance for service interruption,
customer has to buy there own trip interruption insurance. .
No claim against company or its employee may be brought in this
connection.

All cancellations are required 12 hours prior notice
before schedule pick up time, other wise will be charge or bill
full accordingly.

The client assumes full financial liability for any
damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use by
them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00, for
each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol
Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be
paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate
run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part
of the client(s). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is
left to the discretion of the driver.

Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes
of pre-arranged time described on the run sheet.

Not responsible for articles left in the
limousine.

Balances are required to be paid to the driver
on the run date before the beginning of the trip.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating
capacity.

STBSN-Services is not responsible for any damage cause by any
Sub-contractor. |
